温阳通络利水方联合微波热疗治疗脾肾阳虚型恶性腹水临床观察

Efficacy observation of Wenyang Tongluo Lishui formula and microwave thermotherapy on malignant ascites with syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney

目的:观察温阳通络利水方联合微波热疗治疗脾肾阳虚型恶性腹水腹腔灌注化疗后的临床疗效。方法:收集符合纳入标准的脾肾阳虚型恶性腹水患者60例,随机分为两组各30例。对照组予以腹腔灌注化疗,治疗组在腹腔灌注化疗药物后行局部微波热疗,同时予以中药温阳通络利水方口服。治疗2个周期后,比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应及KPS评分。结果:治疗组的客观缓解率66.67%高于对照组的40.00%(P﹤0.05);治疗组KPS评分改善率高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:中药温阳通络利水方联合微波热疗治疗脾肾阳虚型恶性腹水腹腔灌注化疗后临床疗效明显,可提升患者生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wanyang Tongluo Lishui formula and microwave thermotherapy on malignant ascites with syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney after intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy.Methods:60 cases of patients with malignant ascites with syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,who met the inclusion criteria,were collected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated by intraperitoneal infusion chemotherapy,while the treatment group was treated by local microwave thermotherapy after intraperitoneal infusion chemotherapy and at the same time with Chinese herbal medicine oral Wanyang Tongluo Lishui formula.After 2 courses of treatment,the clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and KPS score of patients were compared between two groups.Results:The objective remission rate of treatment group was 66.67%,which was higher than 40.00%of control group(P<0.05).The improvement rate of KPS score of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine Wanyang Tongluo Lishui formula and microwave thermotherapy on malignant ascites with syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney after intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy is significant,which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
