摘要
作为福建省港航项目建设和航道疏浚物综合利用省级试点项目,在泉州围头湾石井航道二期工程项目中,需对航道疏浚物进行综合处置利用。受水深和施工条件限制,需设置转运坑。考虑其海域面积受限且海况复杂情况,配套泥驳船只有高精度北斗AIS系统无定点抛泥显示系统、转运坑同时有绞吸船作业的情况下,在不提高成本又能保证安全作业的前提下,提出基于北斗地基增强AIS船位信息服务系统的精准抛填施工技术,并阐述精准抛填施工控制措施,为类似工程提供参考。
As a provincial pilot project for the construction of port and waterway projects and the comprehensive utilization of channel dredged materials in Fujian Province,the channel dredged materials need to be comprehensively disposed and utilized in the phase II project of Shijing channel in Weitouwan,Quanzhou.Due to the limitation of water depth and construction conditions,transfer pit shall be set.Considering the limited sea area and complex sea conditions,the supporting mud barge has only high-precision Beidou AIS system,no fixed-point mud throwing display system,and the transfer pit is operated by cutter suction dredger at the same time,on the premise of not increasing the cost and ensuring safe operation,this paper proposes the precise dumping and filling construction technology based on Beidou CORS system AIS ship position information service system,and describes the control measures for precise dumping and filling construction,which provides a reference for similar projects.
