基于数据挖掘的陈喆教授辨治直肠癌用药规律分析

Analysis of Professor Chen Zhe’s Medication Rule in Differentiation and Treatment of Rectal Cancer Based on Data Mining

目的 总结陈喆教授治疗直肠癌用药规律。方法 纳入2017年7月1日—2019年7月1日就诊于海军军医大学长海医院中医肿瘤科陈喆教授专家门诊患者,共913诊次,建立陈喆教授治疗直肠癌数据库,对数据库内中药进行频次统计、中药属性分析、关联分析、聚类分析、复杂网络分析等。结果 在纳入的913首方剂中,使用频次≥122的中药共有36味,主要有白术(870次,95.29%)、党参(835次,91.46%)、薏苡仁(771次,84.45%)、灵芝(760次,83.24%)、芡实(742次,81.27%)等。药物四气以平性为主,其次为温、寒、凉;五味以甘味为主,其次为苦味、辛味、淡味;归经以脾经为主,其次为肺经、胃经、肾经。关联规则分析中发现关联强度最高的药对组合为23种,聚类将药物分为7类,复杂网络分析得到一个基本符合临床要求的新处方。结论 陈喆教授治疗直肠癌以益气扶正为主,对临床实践具有一定的指导意义。

OBJECTIVE To summarize the medication rule of professor Chen Zhe in the treatment of rectal cancer.METHODS A total of 913 outpatient visits of professor Chen Zhe,Department of Integrative Oncology,the Changhai Hospital,Naval Medical University from July 1,2017 to July 1,2019 were included in the study.The database of professor Chen Zhe treating rectal cancer was established,and the frequency statistics,attribute analysis,association analysis,cluster analysis and complex network analysis of traditional Chinese medicine in the database were carried out.RESULTS Among the 913 prescriptions included,36 herbs were used with frequency≥122,including Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma(870 times,95.29%),Codonopsis Radix(835 times,91.46%),Coicis Semen(771 times,84.45%),Ganoderma(760 times,83.24%),Euryales Semen(742 times,82.17%),et al.The four Qi of drugs were mainly flat,followed by warm,cold and cool;the five flavors were mainly sweet,followed by bitter,spicy and light taste;the spleen meridian was the main channel,followed by lung,stomach and kidney channels.In the analysis of association rules,23 kinds of drug pairs with the highest association strength were found.The drugs were divided into 7 categories by clustering,and a new prescription which basically met clinical requirement was obtained by complex network.CONCLUSION Professor Chen Zhe’s treatment of rectal cancer is mainly to replenish Qi and strengthen the body,it has a certain guiding significance for clinical practice.
