摘要
基于风险分析理论和安全分析方法,深入分析ZPW-2000G型无绝缘轨道电路系统在研发过程中的危险源、产生原因及其后果,提出降低风险危害的办法。采用失效模式与影响分析方法,对ZPW-2000G型无绝缘轨道电路系统开展器件级、设备级和系统级分析,进一步评估和强化系统的安全性措施。最后通过测试对ZPW-2000G型无绝缘轨道电路系统的安全性进行验证。
Based on the risk analysis theory and safety analysis method,this paper deeply analyzes the sources,causes and consequences of hazards found in the process of research and development of ZPW-2000G jointless track circuit system,and puts forward the methods for reducing the hazards.Using the failure mode and eff ect analysis method,the device level,equipment level and system level analysis on ZPW-2000G jointless track circuit system are carried out to further evaluate and strengthen its safety measures.Finally,the safety of ZPW-2000G jointless track circuit system is verifi ed by testing.
