基于数字电桥原理的电解电容在线测试方法研究

Research on Online Test Method of Electrolytic Capacitor Based on Digital Bridge Principle

ZPW-2000系列轨道电路匹配设备采用4700μF的铝电解电容,来防护牵引电流干扰。由于铝电解电容故障后难以通过便捷的方法进行排查,因此研发一种实现电解电容在线测试方法,成为电务维护亟需。提出一种基于数字电桥原理的匹配设备铝电解电容在线测试方法,并进行现场测试应用。通过采用该方法,在不影响轨道电路设备工作的前提下,可定量评估铝电解电容的性能参数,为现场维护提供参考。

ZPW-2000 series track circuit matching equipment adopts 4700μf aluminum electrolytic capacitor to protect against traction current interference.Since it is diffi cult to troubleshoot aluminum electrolytic capacitors through convenient methods,it is urgent to develop an online test method for electrolytic capacitors.In this paper,an on-line test method of aluminum electrolytic capacitor of matching equipment based on the principle of digital bridge is proposed,and the on-site test application is carried out.By using this method,the performance parameters of aluminum electrolytic capacitors can be quantitatively evaluated without aff ecting the operation of track circuit equipment,providing reference for on-site maintenance.
