贵州茶园煤矿煤质特征及其工业用途分析

The coal quality characteristics and industrial application analysis of Chayuan Coal Mine in Guizhou Province

科学评价煤炭资源的煤质特征有助于提高利用率。基于近几年在贵州茶园煤矿开展的勘查和测试成果,从煤矿可采煤层的宏观煤岩类型及显微煤岩特征、煤的化学性质及工艺性能等方面展开研究,并评价了煤的工业用途。研究表明:茶园煤矿可采煤层宏观煤岩成分以亮煤为主,煤岩类型主要为半亮型煤、半暗型煤;属于低灰—中灰、特低挥发分、中高硫—高硫、中高发热量—高发热量煤;可采煤层硫分容易洗选脱除。茶园煤矿煤可作为民用煤及工业用煤,煤矸石可用作水泥、地板砖的原材料。

Scientific evaluation of coal quality characteristics of coal resources can effectively improve the utilization ratio.Based on the exploration and test results of Chayuan Coal Mine in Guizhou Province in recent years,the paper researched the macroscopic coal litho type,microscopic characteristics of coal and rock,chemical properties,and processing properties,and the industrial use of coal was also evaluated.The results indicated that the macroscopic coal and rock composition of the recoverable coal seam in Chayuan Coal Mine was mainly bright coal,and the coal and rock types were mainly semi-bright coal and semidull coal;belonged to low ash-medium ash,extremely low volatile,medium-high sulfur-high sulfur,medium-high calorific value-high calorific value coal;The sulfur content of mining coal seam was easily washed and removed.Chayuan Coal Mine can be used as civil coal,thermal power and industrial coal,while the coal gangue can be used as a raw material such as cement,floor brick.
