摘要 机器人辅助手术是现代外科学发展的前沿热点,关节外科领域也已经有多款手术机器人投入临床应用。虽然机器人辅助手术提高了手术的精度,但同时也延长了手术时间、增加了额外检查和花费,患者是否能够长期受益尚存争议。本文从关节外科机器人的分类、代表性的关节外科机器人系统及其效果、影响机器人辅助髋膝关节置换手术开展的因素等方面,对机器人辅助髋膝关节置换术的发展现状作简要介绍。 Robot-assisted surgery is the hotspot of modern surgery. In the field of joint surgery, several surgical robots for joint arthroplasty have been put into practical application. The assistance of surgical robots significantly improved the accuracy of osteotomy, prosthesis positioning and alignment. However, robot-assisted surgery increased surgical time, required extra checks and additional cost.Whether the patients benefit from robot-assisted joint arthroplasty remains controversial. In this article we made a brief introduction of modern robot-assisted hip and knee arthroplasty from kind of robots, popular robot systems and its effects, and the influential factors affecting robot-assisted joint arthroplasty.
