澳大利亚绿色技能人才培养路径及启示

Training Path and Inspiration of Green Skills Talents in Australia

面对能源结构升级、绿色经济转型的时代背景,澳大利亚于2009年由政府倡导发起“绿色技能协议”,通过职业教育体系多举措推进绿色技能人才培养。一是开发绿色技能“培训包”,提供国家认可的绿色职业资格证书;二是建立国家型“学分银行”,实现绿色技能职业教育与普通教育相互衔接;三是抓好“一心两翼”,多方主体协调联动推进教学改革;四是采用“培训接力”模式,强化绿色师资培训;五是打造“绿色校园”,深挖环境育人潜能。借鉴澳大利亚的成功经验,结合我国国情,我国可从顶层设计、改革创新、教师培训、环境建设等方面着手推进绿色技能人才的培养。

Faced with the background of energy structure upgrading and green economy transformation,the Australian government initiated the“Green Skills Agreement”in 2009.Through the vocational education system,multiple measures were taken to promote the cultivation of green skills talents.Firstly,green skills“training packages”were developed.Besides,national green vocational qualification certificates were provided.Secondly,the national“credit bank”was established to realize the connection between green vocational education and general education.Thirdly,stick to“One heart with two wings”,and promote teaching reform with multi-subject.Fourthly,“training relay”mode was adopted to strengthen green teacher training.Fifthly,the“green campus”was built to draw out cultivating potential.Based on Australia’s successful experiences and China’s national conditions,China can promote the training of green skills talents via top-level design,reform and innovation,teacher training and environmental construction.
