文化办学是高等教育的理想追求。优秀“家文化”蕴藏着中华民族宝贵的精神气质,在融入高校思想政治教育的过程中发挥着价值引领、凝心聚力、传承创新、规范行为的功能。推进“家文化”融入高校思想政治教育,应在精神文化层面深化家之“德”;在物质文化层面保障家之“居”;在制度文化层面筑牢家之“序”;在行为文化层面践行家之“行”,从而提升高校思想政治教育的生动性与有效性。

Running a school with culture is the ideal pursuit of higher education.Excellent“family culture”contains the precious spiritual temperament of the Chinese nation.In the process of integrating into ideological and political education in colleges and universities,it plays an important role in guidance,cohesion and incentive,inheritance and innovation and code of conduct.To promote the integration of“family culture”into ideological and political education in colleges and universities,we should deepen the“morality”of family at the level of spiritual culture;At the level of material culture,ensure the“residence”of the family;At the level of institutional culture,build a“sequence”of family;At the level of behavioral culture,practice the“behavior”of family,so as to improve the vividness and effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
