高职院校辅导员与思政课教师协同育人路径研究 被引量:4

摘要 辅导员和思政课教师是高职院校两支重要且关键的德育教育力量,如何促进二者协同育人对提高人才培养质量具有现实指导意义。以人的全面发展学说为指导,运用贝塔朗菲的一般系统论,探讨两支队伍协同育人的意义,指出存在问题并分析影响协同育人的原因。以江苏信息职业技术学院为例,尝试提出对策建议,促进两支队伍同向同行、优势互补,形成育人合力,进而推动高职院校整体“三全育人”大思政格局的形成,有效落实立德树人根本任务。 Counselors and ideological and political course teachers are two important moral education forces in higher vocational colleges.Analysis on how to promote the collaborative education of the two has practical guiding significance for improving the quality of talent training.Guided by the theory of all-round human development,with Beta Lang fei’s general system theory,this paper discusses the significance of collaborative education between the two teams,points out the existing problems,and analyzes the reasons that affect collaborative education.This article takes Jiangsu Information Vocational and Technical College as an example,and tries to put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the two teams to cooperate together and complement each other’s advantages to form a joint effort to educate people,and then promote higher vocational colleges to form overall“three completes”education congress effectively,and implements the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people.
