人口老龄化背景下老年体育公共服务供需矛盾的分析

Analysis on the Contradiction between Supply and Demand of Public Sports Services for the Elderly under the Background of Population Aging

该文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,对人口老龄化背景下老年体育公共服务的供给、需求、供需矛盾进行分析。供给矛盾主要表现为社会参与动力不足,体育场地分布不合理,同质化现象严重,社会体育指导员供给质量、数量不高等。提出:完善顶层设计,协调各方力量;加强供需沟通,实现精准服务;适当政策倾斜,注重基层供给等应对策略。

Using the methods of literature and logical analysis, this paper analyzes the supply, demand and supply-demand contradiction of public sports services for the aged under the background of population aging.The supply contradiction is mainly manifested in: of social participation motivation, unreasonable distribution of sports venues, serious homogenization, and low quality and quantity of social sports instructors. It puts forward countermeasures: Improve the top-level design and coordinate the forces of all parties;Strengthen supply and demand communication to achieve accurate service;Appropriate policy preference and focus on grass-roots supply.
