不同急性运动介入方式对轻度认知功能障碍的影响评述 被引量:1

摘要 在轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)患者人数逐步递增的状况下,防止更多的轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)患者恶化为阿尔治海默病(AD)。该文主要针对不同急性运动方式介入对MCI患者运动后突触可塑性、海马神经元数量、额叶皮质区体积的影响进行述评。结果表明,参与运动后突触可塑性、海马神经元数量、额叶皮质区体积与运动的强度、持续时间和运动的种类密切相关,具体表现为运动后比运动前大脑突触可塑性增强,海马新生神经元数量增多,脑区额叶皮质区体积增大。在其他因素不变的情况下,进行急性运动的介入,不管是急性运动、急性有氧运动,还是急性运动介入抗阻运动,皆有提升老年人认知功能的效果。 The objective this paper is to prevent more patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI) from deteriorating into Alzheimer’s disease(AD) under the situation of gradual increase in the number of patients with MCI. This paper mainly reviews the effects of different acute exercise modes on the synaptic plasticity, the number of hippocampal neurons and the volume of frontal cortex in MCI patients after exercise. The results showed that the synaptic plasticity, the number of hippocampal neurons and the volume of frontal cortex after exercise were closely related to the intensity, duration and type of exercise. The specific manifestations were that the synaptic plasticity of the brain was enhanced after exercise, the number of new neurons in the hippocampus was increased,and the volume of frontal cortex in the brain was increased. Under the condition that other factors remain unchanged, the intervention of acute exercise, whether it is acute exercise, acute aerobic exercise or acute exercise intervention resistance exercise, can improve the cognitive function of the elderly.
