江苏高职院校慢投垒球文化发展的实证研究

Empirical Study of Softball Culture in Jiangsu Vocational Colleges

该文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法,依据文化研究的3个维度引入了慢投垒球校园文化。从精神、物质、制度三方面,对常州工程职业技术学院、南京铁道职业技术学院、扬州工业职业技术学院、江苏建筑职业技术学院、无锡城市职业技术学院5所学校进行调查。得出:在精神文化建设方面,慢投垒球对学生具有教育价值,同时还具有生物学、心理学及娱乐等价值;在物质文化建设方面,慢投垒球现有场地、器材等虽满足基本教育教学,但缺乏雕塑、标识、宣传等隐形物质文化;在制度文化方面,高职院校学生选课制度、组织形式各不相同,但与教会、勤练、常赛等终身体育要求相去甚远。建议:加强组织形式,完善选课制度,培养高职院校学生团队价值观,同时在物质文化建设方面,增加慢投垒球相关雕塑、标识、宣传等环境物质文化,促进高职院校慢投垒球文化健康发展。

By using two methods of literature and questionnaire, this paper introduces the campus culture of slow softball according to the three dimensions of cultural research. From the three aspects of spirit, material and system,this paper investigates the relevant information of 6 Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu Province, and concludes that the cultural values of students’ slow softball throwing are the value of building entertainment;In terms of material culture construction, the slow throw baseball stadium basically meets the needs of education and teaching.However, it lacks invisible material culture such as sculpture, logo and so on;In terms of institutional culture, the six higher vocational colleges have a variety of student course selection systems, but they are far from the policy requirements of lifelong sports such as church, long-term training, and frequent competition. It is suggested that we should cultivate the team values of students in higher vocational colleges, increase the invisible material culture such as sculpture and logo related to slow softball, put forward a course selection system that is people-oriented and in line with students, and promote the healthy development of slow softball culture in higher vocational colleges.
