摘要
以绿色环保的电解质等离子抛光工艺对316L不锈钢饰品进行抛光,采用激光共聚焦显微镜、分光光度计等对抛光效果进行检测。结果表明,通过提高电解液初始温度以及在抛光前对饰品坯件预打磨可有效降低表面粗糙度,提高亮度。为使316 L不锈钢饰品获得优良的表面抛光品质,电解液初始温度应不低于75℃,饰品宜采用400#以上的砂纸进行预打磨,抛光时间可根据饰品表面积以0.37 min/cm^(2)的速率进行预计。
Electrolyte plasma polishing, an environmentally friendly process, was adopted to treat 316L stainless steel jewelry. The polishing effectiveness was evaluated by laser confocal microscopy and spectrophotometry. The results showed that the surface roughness of workpiece could be effectively reduced and its surface brightness could be increased by increasing the initial temperature of electrolyte and pre-polishing it before electrolyte plasma polishing. In order to gain excellent surface quality on 316L stainless steel jewelry, the initial temperature of electrolyte should be 75 ℃ at least, and it’d better to polish it with 400# or finer sandpaper. The polishing time could be estimated according to the surface area of jewelry and the polishing rate of 0.37 min/cm^(2).
