The main issues of drinking water quality in Shenzhen were analyzed, the necessity of introducing HACCP system to further strengthen water quality supervision was discussed, and the construction and application of HACCP system in the whole process of water production in a water production enterprise in Shenzhen were introduced. The construction procedures, process key points, influencing factors of water quality safety, possible defects and disadvantages were deeply analyzed and expounded, and relevant measures and countermeasures were puts forward, in order to provide some experience for the water quality safety management of water enterprises.
