人工智能技术正在朝着场景应用落地的方向快速发展,以广东粤海水务公司智能语音客服系统建设项目为例,分析了水务客服的现状,介绍了项目的建设方案并阐述了智能语音客服系统具体的实施方案。智能语音客服系统快速响应和智能化的表现给用户带来了较好的交互体验,提升了企业形象,开拓了企业在客户服务中的工作路径,帮助了企业降本增效,获得了市场的一致好评。
Artificial intelligence technology is developing rapidly in the applications. Taking the construction project of intelligent voice customer service system of the Guangdong Yuehai Water Company as a case, the current situation of customer service was analyzed, the construction plan of the project introduced and the specific implementation plan of intelligent voice customer service system clarified. The rapid response and intelligent performance of the customer service system brought a better interactive experience, improved the corporate image, expanded the work path of the enterprise in customer service.
