摘要
使用先进超声检测设备,选择动态包络逐帧分析端点最高波法,对海油平台导管架定期检修中磁粉检测检出的裂纹进行测量,并针对深度为2.0~3.2 mm的浅裂纹进行测深。结果表明,该技术可以比较全面精确地对裂纹延展深度做出评估;完整记录采集数据,且操作简便易实施,也可以用于更多条件下的埋深较浅缺陷的较高精度测深。
Using advanced ultrasonic detection equipment, the highest wave of the dynamic envelope as derived by the frame-by-frame analysis of the endpoints is selected to measure the crack depth detected by magnetic powder in regular maintenance of the catheter rack of the sea oil platform and also to measure the shallow cracks with a depth of 2.0 to 3.2 mm. Test result show that this technology can evaluate the depth of crack extension more comprehensively and accurately, and it can also completely record and collect data. Its operation is simple and easy to implement, it can also be used for higher-precision bathymetrics of shallow defects under various conditions.
