This paper analyzes the indispensability of settlement joints in building foundation engineering,analyzes the calculation of elements before settlement joint construction,systematically introduces and discusses the settlement joint construction technology of building foundation engineering around the treatment of base,improving the rationality of borehole setting,maintaining high pressure in the whole process of grouting operation,and subsequent treatment,and solves some problems existing in settlement joint construction.
