Exploration on the Planning of Economic and Technological Development Zone in Moutainous City——Takingthe Planningof Hebei Pingquan Economic Development Zoneasan Example

结合河北平泉经济开发区规划中的现实困境,如土地资源有限、生态环境敏感、产业薄弱及配套设施匮乏等制约问题,探索如何平衡发展与保护,集约利用土地,创新发展经济等问题,提出山地经济开发区发展建设的发展策略。

Combined with the practical difficulties in the planning of Hebei Pingquan Economic and Technological Development Zone,such as limited land resources,sensitive ecological environment,weak industry and lack of supporting facilities,this paper explores on how to balance development and protection,intensive land use and innovative economic development,puts forward the development strategies for development and construction of mountainous economic and technological development zone.
