选择公寓项目作为研究对象,围绕常见的房地产项目建筑设计质量问题展开研究,具体涉及厨房、卫生间、设备平台、公区等设计质量问题,进而深入探讨建筑设计质量控制路径。提出建立管理项目小组、PDCA质量管理、明确设计质量底线、改进设计流程、引入QFD模型、设计管控流程标准化、设计样板段先行等建议。

The apartment project is selected as the research object,and the research focuses on the common architectural design quality problems of real estate projects,specifically involving the design quality problems of kitchen,toilet,equipment platform and public area,so as to further explore the path of architectural design quality control.Some suggestions were put forward,such as construction management project team,PDCA quality management,clarifying the bottom line of design quality,improving the design process,introducing QFD Model,standardizing the design control process,and giving priority to the design model section.
