俄罗斯煤层气改造技术适应性评价与建议

摘要 俄罗斯纳雷克斯克-奥斯塔什金斯克等煤层气田平面上分布面积大、纵向上多层叠置、丰度与含气量相对较好,但储层物性差,孔喉特征复杂,渗透率低,地质条件与国内煤层气相近,纵向上厚度大,层数多,多以油管压裂为主,笼统改造,工艺单一,效果差异大。通过对中国和俄罗斯主要煤层气区块储层改造技术现状对比,评价国内煤层气储层改造技术在俄罗斯应用的适应性,提出适合目标区的直井油管分段或套管桥塞分段压裂工艺,应用活性水与石英砂的压裂液材料,优化水平井压裂簇间距以及施工参数。 The Nareksk-Oskshkinsk coalbed methane in Russia has a large distribution area and many layers are overlaps in the longitudinal direction.Especally,the abundance and gas content are relatively good. However, the reservoir has poor properties, complex pore-throat characteristics and low permeability.Geological conditions are similar to those of domestic coalbed methane with large thickness int the longitudinal direction and the multiple rows.In addition,it is mainly based on tubing fracturing with general transformation and single process,which makes the effect different.Even more to the point, by comparing the current situation of CBM reservoir reconstruction technology in China and Russia, the adaptability of domestic CBM reservoir reconstruction technology applied in Russia was evaluated and the fracturing technology of vertical well tubing sectin or casing plug section with appropriate target area is proposed. In order to optimize the fracturing cluster spacing and operation parameters of horizontal wells,the fracturing fluid materials of actived water and quartz sand is applied.
