The application principle and practical background of the construction technology of long span prestressed concrete beam in house construction are expounded,the technique,method and practical key points of construction of long-span prestressed concrete beam are studied by two parts:construction preparation and construction flow.According to the results of practical research,prestressing technology can not only improve the structural strength and stress resistance of beam members of housing construction,but also fully ensure the construction economy and construction efficiency.In construction practice,it is necessary to do a good job of drilling,grouting,tension and other links of comprehensive control,in order to achieve the best construction effect.
