孔隙潜水和基岩裂隙水全断面中风化IV级泥岩中刀盘修复和换刀技术研究

摘要 结合南京地铁6号线兴兴区间工程,该工程在孔隙潜水和基岩裂隙水全断面中风化IV级泥岩中修复刀盘并更换刀具,在掘进至493环开仓查刀过程中,发现刀盘中心部位磨损严重,为保证后续施工顺利进行,决定进行刀盘修复工作,因此,着重研究本区间的盾构开仓刀盘修复和换刀作业,提出详细的技术措施,最终成功解决了技术问题。 Paper combined with the engineering of nanjing metro line 6 happy interval,the project in the pore water and the bedrock fissure water in the whole section of weathering level IV to repair the knife dish in mudstone and replacement of cutting tools,493 points in advance to check the knife open process,found the knife dish center worn parts,in order to guarantee the follow-up construction smoothly,decided to conduct the knife dish repair work.Therefore,it focuses on the repair and tool change of the shield opening tool in this section,puts forward detailed technical measures,and finally solves the technical problems successfully.
