摘要
水泥等粉体材料的细度虽然属于选择性指标,但其对混凝土强度、耐久性有很大影响。论文依据GB/T8074—2008《水泥比表面积测定方法勃氏法》对水泥等粉体材料比表面积进行检测,对影响水泥密度、空隙率、环境温湿度及液体下落时间的主要因素进行分析和控制,并对A类不确定度、B类不确定度、合成不确定及扩展不确定度对水泥比表面积的不确定度进行分析。对比表面积影响较大的环境湿度进行实例分析,运用不确定度评定的相关理论进行检测结果的不确定度分析,以作为实际检测结果的参考。
Although the fineness of cement and other powder materials is a selective index,it has a great impact on the strength and durability of concrete.According to GB/T 8074-2008 Testing Method for Specific Surface of Cement-Blaine Method,the specific surface area of cement and other powder materials is measured,the main factors which affect cement density,void fraction,ambient temperature and humidity and liquid falling time are analyzed and controlled,the uncertainty of cement specific surface area is analyzed by class A uncertainty,class B uncertainty,synthetic uncertainty and extended uncertainty.A case study was carried out to analyze the environmental humidity with greater influence on the contrast surface area,and the uncertainty analysis of the test results was carried out by using the relevant theories of uncertainty evaluation,so as to serve as a reference for the actual test results.
