在新型型钢柱箍加固体系的施工过程中,柱箍上的错位孔洞可对柱子尺寸进行调节,柱箍在孔洞中可由胫骨插销固定,使柱箍相互咬合在一起,形成良好的模板加固形式。新型型钢柱箍加固体系能满足项目实际情况,并且拆除简单易行,施工便捷,成本较低。论文以某商业综合楼为例,主要分析了项目建设期间选择的新型型钢柱箍加固体系,对其设计进行验算,为保证该体系在具体应用中的安全性与稳定性,总结了施工全过程各环节、细节与参数的控制要点。

In the construction process,the dislocation hole on the column hoop can adjust the size of the column,and the column hoop can be fixed by the tibial pin in the hole,so that the column hoop can bite each other together,forming a good form of formwork reinforcement.The new steel column hoop reinforcement system can meet the actual situation of the project,and the demolition is simple and easy,the construction is convenient and the cost is low.This paper takes a commercial complex building as an example,mainly analyzes the new type of steel column hoop reinforcement system selected during the construction of the project,and checks its design.In order to ensure the safety and stability of the system in the concrete application,the control points of all links,details and parameters in the whole construction process are summarized.
