摘要
针对旋耕刀寿命短、更换勤的技术难题,开展旋耕刀耐磨强化工艺研究。分别采用等离子熔覆和感应钎涂工艺在65Mn钢上制备了35%WC涂层,结果表明,感应钎涂35%WC涂层的耐磨性比等离子熔覆35%WC涂层高1.5倍,硬质颗粒在其中分布更加均匀,烧损更少。在此研究基础上开发了感应钎涂金刚石涂层,其耐磨性较感应钎涂35%WC涂层提高5倍以上。对旋耕刀感应钎涂金刚石涂层的钎涂时间进行了优化,发现钎涂时间为25 s时,涂层成形性好,旋耕刀体变形小,田间试验验证其使用寿命较原始旋耕刀提高了4倍以上。将感应钎涂金刚石技术推广应用至犁尖、粉碎刀等农机刀具,使用寿命普遍提升3倍以上;应用至刮板输送机中部槽、输送绞龙等工程机械过流部件,可显著减少磨损,降低能源消耗。
Aiming at the technical problems of short service life and frequent replacement of the rotary blades, the research on the wear-resistance strengthening process of the rotary blades was carried out. The 35%WC coating was prepared on65Mn steel by plasma cladding and induction brazing respectively. The results show that compared with the plasma cladding35%WC coating, the wear resistance of the induction brazing 35%WC coating is improved by 1.5 times, the distribution of hard particles is more uniform, and the burning loss is less. On the basis of the above research, the wear-resistance of the diamond coating developed by induction brazing is more than 5 times higher than that of 35%WC coating, and the brazing time of the induction brazed diamond coating of the rotary blades is further optimized. When the brazing time is 25 s, the coating has good formability, and the deformation of the rotary blade body is small. Field tests have verified that its service life is more than 4 times higher than that of the original rotary blades. The induction brazing diamond technology has been popularized and applied to agricultural machinery tools such as plow tips and crushing knives. Its service life is generally increased by more than 3 times, and is applied to overflow parts of construction machinery such as the middle slot of scraper conveyor and spiral conveyor, it can significantly reduce wear and energy consumption.
