摘要
电极修磨质量控制一直是困扰白车身自动化生产线的问题。电极采用自动修磨,出现修磨状态不良,如果不能及时发现,往往会造成批量质量问题。通过服务器与web端和焊接控制器的通讯,获得修磨前后电阻数据。在Web端对电阻数据统计分类,对每个焊钳修磨前后的电阻独立设置公差范围。有效地监控修磨不良、焊接过程中电极头脏污、电极过热等问题。通过数字化手段发现问题,结合现场排查解决问题,大大降低了批量焊接质量问题的发生概率,是焊接过程数字化控制与现场问题解决结合的成功应用。
Tip dressing quality control is a problem that plagues automated body-in-white production lines. Tip dressing in automatic mode, and if the status is not good and cannot be found in time, it will often cause batch quality issues. In this paper, the resistance data before and after tip dressing is obtained through the communication between server, web terminal and welding controller. Statistically classify the resistance data on web terminal, and set the tolerance for the resistance independently before and after each welding gun tip dressing. Effectively monitor problems such as poor grinding, dirty tip, and tip overheating during the welding process. Find problems through digital method, and investigate and solve problems on site, which greatly reduces the occurrence of batch welding quality problems. It is successful application that combine the digitalized control of the welding process and on-site problem solving.
