摘要
硫磺回收装置在非正常工况下易存在排放尾气超标问题。以某厂70 kt/a硫磺回收装置为例,介绍酸性气制硫工艺流程和碱法脱硫工艺原理,并用ASPEN HYSYS软件模拟了各种非正常工况下采用碱法脱硫工艺实现尾气排放达标的措施,并以实际运用效果证明了碱法脱硫技术的适用性。
The sulfur recovery unit is prone to the problem of excessive tail gas under upset conditions.Taking a 70 kt/a sulfur recovery unit in a plant as an example,the process flow of sulfur production from acid gas and the principle of alkaline desulfurization process are introduced.ASPEN HYSYS software is used to simulate the measures to use alkaline desulfurization process to achieve permissive tailgas emission under various upset conditions,and the applicability of the alkaline desulfurization technology is demonstrated with the actual application performance.
