Technical Revamp Practice of a 100 kt/a Water-soluble Fertilizer Plant with Physical Mixing Method

传统物理混配法水溶肥生产中存在操作人工多、劳动量大、环境粉尘大、物料混合不均匀、产品结块等问题,有必要升级改造成标准化生产线。介绍了传统水溶肥装置的生产流程和存在问题,以及标准化装置的生产流程及技术改造措施,并进行了技术经济分析,认为标准化装置不仅能提高生产自动化水平、降低设备故障率,且技改增加的投资对水溶肥生产成本影响极小,值得推广。

There are many problems in the production of water-soluble fertilizers by the conventional physical mixing method,such as many operators,heavy labor,large environmental dust,uneven mixing of materials,and product agglomeration.It is necessary to upgrade and revamp into a standardized production line.The production process and existing problems of the conventional water-soluble fertilizer plant,as well as the production process and technical revamp measures of the standardized plant are introduced,and the technical and economic analysis was carried out.The investment of water-soluble fertilizer has little impact on the production cost of water-soluble fertilizer,which is worthy of promotion.
