欠发达地区高新技术企业发展现状、问题及对策研究——以西藏自治区为例

Research on the development status, problems and countermeasures of high-tech enterprises in underdeveloped areas: taking the Tibet Autonomous Region as an example

高新技术企业是西藏自治区技术创新的重要主体和经济增长新动能的重要贡献者,在促进科技成果转移转化、以创新带动创业就业、推动产业转型升级、促进经济结构调整等方面发挥着重要作用。文章通过实地调研、座谈等形式,对西藏自治区高新技术企业发展面临的问题进行梳理,并提出高新技术企业培育建议。

As an important subject of technological innovation and an important contributor to the new driving force of economic growth in the Tibet Autonomous Region, high-tech enterprises play an important role in promoting the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, promoting entrepreneurship and employment through innovation, promoting industrial transformation and upgrading, and promoting economic restructuring. The article combs the problems faced by the development of high-tech enterprises in the Tibet Autonomous Region through field research, discussion and other forms, and puts forward suggestions for the cultivation of high-tech enterprises.
