公共图书馆参与提升公众健康信息素养的阅读推广模式研究

Research on the reading promotion mode of public library participating in improving public health information literacy

疫情常态化时期,提升公众健康信息素养成为图书馆新的责任与挑战。文章阐述了疫情常态化背景下提升公众健康信息素养的必要性,从健康信息保护、数据隐私保护、信息发布平台等3个方面分析了疫情常态化时期公众对健康信息服务的新诉求,构建了涵盖信息资源池、外部接口数据、服务实现层与服务对象层的公共图书馆参与提升公众健康信息素养的阅读推广新模式,最后从图书馆、参与主体、阅读推广内容等方面提出疫情常态化背景下提升公众健康信息素养的适用策略。

In the period of epidemic normalization, improving public health information literacy has become a new responsibility and challenge for libraries. This paper expounds the necessity of improving public health information literacy under the background of epidemic normalization, analyzes the public’ s new demands for health information services during the epidemic normalization period from three aspects of health information protection, data privacy protection, and information release platform, and constructs a new reading and promotion mode of public libraries that covers information resource pool, external interface data, service realization layer, and service object layer to participate in improving public health information literacy. Finally, from the library, participants, reading promotion content and other aspects, this paper proposes the applicable strategies to improve public health information literacy under the background of epidemic normalization.
