摘要
高压旋喷桩是以高压旋转的喷嘴将水泥浆喷入土层与土体混合,形成连续搭接的水泥加固体,适用于处理淤泥、淤泥质土、流塑、软塑或可塑黏性土、粉土、砂土、黄土、素填土和碎石土等地基,在基坑支护中大多作为辅助防渗措施,作为主体支护结构情况较少。文章结合工程实例,介绍了高压旋喷桩在泰兴市三阳中沟闸站工程基坑防护中的应用,通过方案比选、主要设计参数选取、结构计算,分析和探讨了高压旋喷桩作为基坑主体支护结构的设计思路,为其在水利工程基坑防护中的应用提供借鉴。
The high-pressure rotary jetting pile is a high-pressure rotating nozzle that sprays the cement slurry into the soil layer and mixes with the soil to form a continuous lapped cement reinforcement. It is suitable for the treatment of silt, silty soil, flow plastic, soft plastic, plastic clay, sand, loess, plain fill and gravel soil, etc. It is mostly used as an auxiliary anti-seepage measure in foundation pit support and rarely used as the main supporting structure.Combined with actual engineering examples, this paper introduces the application of high-pressure rotary jetting pile in the protection of foundation pits of Sanyang Zhonggou Gate Station in Taixing city. Through comparison of various schemes, selection of main design parameters, and structural calculations, this paper analyze and discuss the design idea of high-pressure rotary jetting pile as the main supporting structure of foundation pit, which provides reference for its application in foundation pit protection in water conservancy projects.
