摘要
在永磁调速器产品的推广过程中,过长的轴向安装尺寸给永磁调速器的施工带来诸多困难,甚至会因为现场空间不足,导致相关永磁调速器改造项目无法推进。为缩减永磁调速器的轴向安装尺寸,文章设计了全新结构形式的永磁调速器。新永磁调速器采用共轴结构设计的同时,还进一步优化了联轴器的安装形式,将1500 kW@1500 r/min的永磁调速器轴向安装尺寸缩减50%以上;以新结构为基础,对关键零部件做校核计算,验证其可行性和可靠性;对结构设计的优缺点和技术成果做了总结,并完成了原理样机的制造和测试工作。经测试,新结构永磁调速器各项性能指标均达到设计要求。
In the process of promoting permanent magnet adjustable speed driver(PMASD) products, the excessive axial mounting size brings many difficulties to the construction of PMASD projects. Even, due to the lack of space on site, the relevant of PMASD projects can not be carried out. In order to reduce the axial mounting size of PMASD, a new structural form is designed. The new permanent magnet adjustable speed driver(New PMASD) is designed with a co-axial structure while further optimizing the coupling mounting form. The axial mounting size of New PMASD(1500 kW@1500r/min) had been reduced more than 50%. Based on the new structure, the key components were calibrated and calculated to verify their feasibility and reliability. This paper summarized the advantage, disadvantage and the technical achievements of this new structure design, and also, finished the manufacturing and testing of the prototype. After testing, the performance of the New PMASD has achieved the design requirements.
