On the Posthumanism Approach to Disability and Its Implications for the Protection of Disability Rights

后人文主义颠覆了人文主义对身心健全的理性主体的构建,刷新了人们对于人的认知,也带来了重新理解残障的契机。在后人文主义视野下,残障是一种人类普遍存在,它生成于人同外在的关系之中,同时其是变动不居的,蕴含着时刻生成新形态的可能性。关于残障的普遍性、关系性和流动性的理解构成了后人文主义残障观,这种残障观对推进残障研究和制定残障政策具有丰富的启示性意义。

Post-humanism overturns the humanistic construction of rational subjects with sound body and mind,refreshes people's cognition of human beings,and also brings an opportunity to reinterpret disability.From the perspective of post-humanism,disability is a universal human experience,and created in the interactive relationship between humans and the environment.At the same time,as a dynamic status,it is constantly changing,presented in newly-shaped forms.The universal,relational and dynamic interpretation of disability constitutes the post-humanism approach to disability,which features rich implications for advancing disability studies and formulating disability policies.
