Food safety is closely related to the life and health of the general public,and the development of the country and society.However,there are many problems in food safety supervision in China,such as multi-level enforcement,incomplete supervision and regulation,and the failure of supervision departments to give full play to their supervision efficiency.Effectively solving these problems has become a key strategic priority of our government at present.This paper introduces the concept and importance of food safety and its supervision,and proposes targeted solutions based on the problems existing in food safety market supervision.
