摘要
我国饮食文化历史悠久,烹饪技术丰富多样,不同地区、民族有不同的烹饪方法,人们对饮食烹饪的过程、形式、口感等有不同的追求,但总体都讲究色香味俱全。随着现代社会的发展,饮食不仅仅具有饱腹的作用,越来越多人追求饮食健康、饮食养生,所以食物营养搭配成为烹饪中的一项重要任务。每种食物的营养成分不同,搭配在一起的效果也不同,应将烹饪技术和膳食搭配结合在一起,在提升饮食色香味的同时,提升食物的营养价值。基于此,本文对烹饪技术与膳食的合理配置进行阐述和分析。
China has a long history of food culture,rich and diverse cooking techniques,different regions,different nations have different cooking methods,cooking on the food process,form,taste and other pursuit,but overall emphasis is on color,aroma and taste.With the development of modern society,diet not only has the function of satiety,more and more people pursue healthy diet,diet health,so food nutrition with become an important task in cooking.Each kind of food’s nutrition ingredient is different,the effect of combination is also different,should combine the cooking technique and the meal collocation together to improve the nutritional value of food while improving the color,flavor and taste of food.Based on this,this paper expounds and analyzes the cooking technology and the reasonable configuration of meals.
