Analysis of the Application Status of Alcohol Detection Technology Based on Patents

酒类作为日常刚性消费品,尤其是白酒、葡萄酒,其个人消费占比大幅提升,质量问题备受关注。本文从近年来国内发明专利申请情况分析酒类检测技术手段在白酒、葡萄酒检测中的应用,旨在为规范我国酒类的质量安全提供参考。

As a daily rigid consumer product,especially spirit and wine,the proportion of personal consumption of it has increased significantly,and its quality issues are much concerned.This paper analyzes the application of alcohol detection technology in spirit and wine detection from the domestic invention patent applications in recent years,so as to provide a reference for regulating the quality and safety of alcohol in China.
