摘要
近年来,我国的食品安全问题频出。因此,如何提升食品的质量和安全、保障消费者健康成为了一个亟待解决的问题。在大数据环境下,应用计算机信息化技术可有效地加快信息采集和处理,为食品质量安全监测和管理工作奠定基础。本文针对当前我国食品质量安全检验和管理中存在的问题,指出利用计算机信息化技术建立食品流通平台感官系统、生产模拟系统、生产链追溯系统等对策,以充分发挥信息化技术的作用,提高我国食品质量安全水平,保障消费者权益。
In recent years,China’s food safety problems have occurred frequently.Therefore,how to improve the quality and safety of food and protect the health of consumers has become an urgent problem to be solved.In the big data environment,the application of computer information technology can effectively speed up information collection and processing,laying the foundation for food quality and safety monitoring and management.Aiming at the problems existing in the inspection and management of food quality and safety in China,this paper points out the use of computer information technology to establish the sensory system of food circulation platform,production simulation system,production chain traceability system and other countermeasures,so as to give full play to the role of information technology and improve the food quality and safety level,protect the rights and interestsof consumers.
