摘要
目的:目前对于中国中青年男性的性活动研究较少,本研究拟探讨影响中国中青年男性房事频率的相关因素。方法:收集2019年1月至3月于中南大学湘雅三医院健康管理中心完成健康体检的923例20~60岁男性的体检数据,并采用受试者基本情况和性功能相关量表对受试者进行问卷调查,再对数据进行多因素logistic回归分析。结果:年龄(P<0.01)、子女数量(P<0.01)、总胆固醇(P<0.05)、低密度脂蛋白(P<0.05)、勃起功能(P<0.01)和有无早泄(P<0.05)与中国中青年男性的房事频率显著相关。结论:中国中青年男性的房事频率与年龄、子女数量、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白和性功能因素密切相关。
Objective:At present,there are few studies on the sexual activity of young and middleaged men in China.This study aims to explore the factors that affect the frequency of intercourse among young and middle-aged men in China.Methods:Data for 923 men aged 20-60 years were collected in the Health Management Center,Third Xiangya Hospital,Central South University from January 2019 to March2019,and a questionnaire survey(including basic conditions and sexual function-related scales)was carried out in the subjects.Finally,the data were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results:The age(P<0.01),number of children(P<0.01),total cholesterol(P<0.05),lowdensity lipoprotein(P<0.05),erectile function(P<0.01)and premature ejaculation(P<0.05)was significantly correlated with the frequency of intercourse in the young and middleaged men in China.Conclusion:The sexual frequency in the middle-young men in China is closely related to factors such as age,number of children,total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein,and sex function.
