摘要
现行塔脚板底板厚度规范表达式中没有包含劲板尺寸变化的效应,但塔脚板劲板的尺寸变化对底板力传递和力分配有较大影响。通过有限元数值仿真,寻找塔脚板劲板的长度、厚度、高度与底板地脚螺栓拉力向靴板和向劲板传递力的分配比,给出底板和靴板连接处最大弯矩随劲板尺寸变化的规律。对有限元数值仿真计算结果作无量纲化和回归处理,推导出包含塔脚板劲板尺寸效应的底板厚度设计表达式,该表达式的形式是在现行规范表达式前乘以包含劲板尺寸效应的函数。考虑劲板尺寸效应的底板厚度设计表达式与本文的试验结果相吻合,对工程中塔脚板的设计和应用具有指导意义。
The current standard expression equation for the base plate thickness of the tower base plate does not include the effect of stiffening plate size changes,but the size change of the tower base plate stiffening plate has a greater influence on the force transmission and force distribution of the base plate.Through the finite element numerical simulation,find the distribution ratio of the length,thickness and height of the tower foot plate stiffener to the force of the bottom plate anchor bolts to the shoe plate and the force transmitted to the stiffener plate,and give the law of the maximum bending moment of the bottom plate with the size of the stiffener plate.Based on the non-dimensionalization and regression processing of the finite element numerical simulation calculation results,the design expression of the bottom plate thickness including the size effect of the tower foot plate stiffener was deduced,The form of this expression was the function of multiplying the size effect of the stiffener before the current standard expression.The design expression of the thickness of the bottom plate considering the size effect of the stiffening plate was consistent with the test results of this study,which has guiding significance for the design and application of the tower foot plate in the project.
