磁振热治疗仪联合针刺治疗慢性腰肌劳损的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Magnetic Resonance Heat Therapy Combined with Acupuncture Treating Chronic Psoas Muscle Strain

目的:观察磁振热治疗仪联合针刺治疗慢性腰肌劳损的临床疗效。方法:将2019年6月-2020年6月于本院就诊的80例慢性腰肌劳损患者纳入研究,通过随机数据表法分为两组,各40例。对照组予以针刺治疗,观察组予以磁振热治疗仪联合针刺治疗。比较两组总有效率、视觉模拟评分(VAS)及Oswestry功能障碍指数评分(ODI)。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组VAS、ODI评分均呈下降态势,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:磁振热治疗仪联合针刺治疗慢性腰肌劳损疗效突出,可改善腰痛等症状,增强腰部肌力,值得临床推荐。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of magnetic resonance heating therapy combined with acupuncture treating chronic psoas muscle strain.Methods:80 patients with chronic psoas muscle strain who visited our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were included in the study,and were divided into two groups by random data table method,40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with magnetothermic therapeutic apparatus combined with acupuncture.The total effective rate of treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS)and Oswestry disability index(ODI)were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).VAS scores and ODI scores in both groups decreased after treatment,and VAS scores and ODI scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Magnetic resonance heat therapy combined with acupuncture has a prominent curative effect on chronic psoas strain,which can improve symptoms such as lumbago,enhance lumbar muscle strength,and it is worthy of clinical application.
