中药保留灌肠联合阴茎按摩治疗前列腺增生合并慢性前列腺炎38例

38 Cases of Traditional Chinese Medicine Retention Enema Combined with Penile Massage on Benign Prostate Hyperplasia with Chronic Prostatitis

目的:探讨中药保留灌肠联合阴茎按摩治疗前列腺增生(BPH)合并慢性前列腺炎(CP)的临床疗效。方法:用随机数字表法将76例BPH合并CP患者分为观察组和对照组,各38例。观察组采用中药保留灌肠联合阴茎按摩;对照组单纯采用中药保留灌肠。采用前列腺炎症状评分表(NIH-CPSI)、国际前列腺症状评分表(I-PSS)、会阴部疼痛症状VAS评分、生活质量评估(QOL)、前列腺液常规检查(EPS)评价治疗前后的临床效果。结果:观察组总有效率为92.11%,对照组总有效率为57.89%,观察组有效率明显高于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)、国际前列腺症状评分表(I-PSS)、会阴部疼痛症状VAS评分和前列腺液白细胞计数均明显降低(P<0.05)。生活质量评估(QOL)评分明显升高(P<0.05),其差异均有统计学意义。结论:中药保留灌肠联合阴茎按摩治疗BPH合并CP可以显著改善患者的相关临床症状,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To explorethe clinical effect of Traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with penile massage in the treatment of Benign Prostate Hyperplasia complicated with chronic prostatitis.Methods:76 patients with prostatic hyperplasia complicated with chronic prostatitis were divided into observation group and control group with 38 cases in each group by random number table.Theobservation group was treated with Traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with penis massage,and the control group was treated with Traditional Chinese medicine retention enema alone.The clinical effects before and after treatment were evaluated by prostatitis inflammation Score(NIH-CPSI),International Prostatic Symptom Scale(I-PSS),VAS score for perineal pain symptoms,quality of life assessment(QOL)and routine prostatic fluid examination(EPS).Results:The effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the total effective rate of observation group was 92.11%,the total effective rate of control group was 57.89%,the effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The prostatic inflammation score(NIH-CPSI)and international Prostatic Symptom Scale(I-PSS)and VAS score for perineal pain symptomsin the observation group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Quality of life assessment(QOL)score was significantly increased(P<0.05),and The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with penile massage can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with prostatic hyperplasia with chronicprostatitis and improve the quality of life of patients.
