针刺列缺穴干预不同证型项痹病的临床疗效观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Acupuncture at LU7 Point on Different Types of Xiangbi Disease

目的:通过观察针刺列缺穴治疗不同证型项痹病的临床疗效差异,分析针刺列缺穴干预项痹病的最佳适应证型。方法:收集符合纳入标准的风寒痹阻型、气滞血瘀型、肝肾亏虚型的项痹病受试者90例,每组30例。3组均采取针刺列缺穴配合运动疗法治疗,以VAS、PPI为观察指标,对比观察3组患者治疗前后的VAS、PPI评分变化。结果:针刺列缺穴干预不同证型项痹病,风寒痹阻组的镇痛效果明显优于气滞血瘀组和肝肾亏虚组(P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论:针刺列缺穴治疗项痹病的最佳证型是风寒痹阻型。

Objective:To observe the difference in the clinical effect of acupuncture at LU7 Point on different types of Xangbi disease,analyzing the best type of indication of LU7 point for intervention of Xangbi disease.Methods:A total of 90 patients with Xiangbi disease of the type of wind-cold obstruction,qi stagnation and blood stasis,and liver and kidney deficiency type met the inclusion criteria,with 30 cases in each group.All three groups were treated with acupuncture at LU7 point combined with exercise therapy,and VAS and PPI were used as observation indicators to compare and observe the changes of VAS and PPI scores before and after treatment in the three groups.Results:Acupuncture at LU7 point for different syndromes of Xiangbi disease,the analgesic effect of wind-cold obstruction group was significantly better than that of qi-stagnation and blood-stasisand liver and kidney deficiency group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The best type of acupuncture at LU7 Point on Xiangbi disease is Wind-cold obstruction type.
