摘要
目的:对仿野生种植丹参与普通种植丹参的药材质量进行对比研究。方法:根据2020年版《中国药典》的标准,对仿野生种植丹参与普通种植丹参进行鉴别(性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层鉴别)、检查(水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、重金属及有害元素、农药残留物测定)、浸出物测定(水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物)及含量测定(丹酚酸B、丹参酮类)。结果:仿野生种植丹参与普通种植丹参的鉴别结果大体类似,但仿野生种植丹参的重金属及有害元素低于普通种植丹参,且仿野生种植丹参中水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物及丹酚酸B、丹参酮类的含量均高于普通种植丹参。结论:仿野生种植丹参的质量优于普通种植丹参,仿野生栽培技术有助于提高中药材的质量。
Objective:A comparative study was made on the quality of imitate wildnessand ordinary planting Salvia miltiorrhiza.Methods:According to standard in the 2020 edition of Chinese pharmacopoeia,The identification(morphological,microscopic characteristics and TLC),examination(moisture,total ash,acid insoluble ash,heavy metals and harmful element and pesticide residue determination),extraction determination(water-soluble extract and alcohol-soluble extract)and content determination(salvianolic acid B and tanshinones)of imitate wildness and ordinary planting Salvia miltiorrhiza.were studied.Results:The results of identification between imitate wildness and ordinary planting Salvia miltiorrhiza.were similar.But the heavy metals and harmful elements in imitate wildness Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.are lower than those of ordinary planting Salvia miltiorrhiza.The content of water-soluble extract,alcohol-soluble extract,and the content of salvianolic acid B and tanshinones in imitate wildness Salvia miltiorrhiza.were higher than that of ordinary planting Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge..Conclusion:The quality of imitate wildness Salvia miltiorrhiza.is better than that of ordinary planting Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge..Imitate wildness cultivation technique is helpful to improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicine.
