基于临床思维培养的中医专硕培养模式改革实践——以江西中医药大学岐黄国医书院为例

Practice of Training Mode Reform For Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Training of TCM Clinical Thinking--Taking Qihuang College of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine As an Example

针对“院校教育大班制、住院医师规培制、临证跟师流水制、考核评价泛化制”的中医专硕人才培养多维化的现状,江西中医药大学岐黄国医书院遵循中医人才培养规律,以培养学生中医临床思维为核心,探索以组建具有中医临床思维的师资队伍、营造适合中医专硕学习的中医环境、制定符合中医人才培养规律的管理制度、构建适合中医成才的评价体系等系列措施的书院化培养模式的改革与实践。

In view of the present situation of multi-dimensional training of TCM master talents of"college education large class system,resident doctor training system,clinical and division flow system,and extensive assessment system",Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine Qihuang college of Traditional Chinese Medicine follows the law of TCM talent training and takes training of TCM clinical thinking of students as the core.To explore the reform and practice of the academy training mode with a series of measures,such as establishing a teaching staff with TCM clinical thinking,creating an environment suitable for TCM master's study,establishing a management system in line with the law of TCM talent training,and constructing an evaluation system suitable for TCM talent development.
