高校网络意识形态安全治理是加强党对高校全面领导的客观需要、维护网络安全的重要手段和落实高校立德树人根本任务的内在要求。当前,高校网络意识形态安全治理在引领力、传播力、可控力和约束力等方面面临着一定的困境。高校应以巩固主流意识形态为根本、以社会协同共治为手段、以完善管控体系为抓手、以德法共治为保障来加强高校网络意识形态安全治理。

Network ideological security governance in colleges and universities is an objective need to strengthen the Party′s overall leadership of colleges and universities, an important means to maintain network security and an inherent requirement to implement the fundamental task of establishing moral education in colleges and universities. At present, the network ideological security governance of colleges and universities faces certain dilemmas in terms of leadership, dissemination, controllability and binding force.
