Construction Path of Higher Vocational Talents Training System under the Background of “Double High-Level Plan”

在“双高计划”背景下,高职教育应在更高层次上尽快确立高职教育人才培养目标,在更高水平上创新构建人才培养体系。当前高职人才培养体系建设方面还存在一些问题,高职院校应明确人才培养目标,建设高素质教师队伍,打造模块化课程体系,推进教育教学改革,建设校园教学环境,健全质量评价体系,尽快建成有影响的高水平高职院校和专业群。

Under the background of “Double High-Level Plan”construction, higher vocational education should establish the goal of higher vocational education talent cultivation at a higher level as soon as possible, and innovate and construct the talent training system at a higher level. At present, there are still some problems in the construction of the talent training system of higher vocational education. Higher vocational colleges should clarify the talent training objectives, build high-quality teachers, create modular curriculum system, promote education and teaching reform, build campus teaching environment, and improve the quality evaluation system, so as to build influential high-level higher vocational colleges and specialty groups as soon as possible.
