虚拟电厂可调空间统一建模及其参与调峰市场的优化运行策略 被引量:11

Unified Modeling for Adjustable Space of Virtual Power Plant and Its Optimal Operation Strategy for Participating in Peak-shaving Market

摘要 不同资源聚合下的虚拟电厂调节能力各异,给虚拟电厂参与辅助服务决策带来困难,甚至影响电网安全可靠运行。针对此类情况,提出基于虚拟电厂可调空间统一模型的调峰优化运行策略。首先,针对虚拟电厂内部资源特性的不同,分别建立了半控型资源和可控型资源的出力模型。然后,提出一种虚拟电厂可调空间模型,可以针对不同资源聚合下的虚拟电厂调峰能力进行评估。最后,为验证可调空间模型的有效性,面向调峰辅助服务市场建立虚拟电厂日前优化调度模型,并采用动态鲁棒优化下的列约束生成算法对其进行求解。算例结果表明,所提虚拟电厂可调空间可以适应虚拟电厂不同聚合方式带来的变化,运行策略能够合理地平衡虚拟电厂参与调峰辅助服务时运行的安全性与经济性。 The regulation ability of virtual power plants is different with different resource aggregations,which makes it difficult for virtual power plants to participate in auxiliary service decision-making and affects the safe and reliable operation of the power grid.In order to solve this problem,the peak-shaving optimal operation strategy based on the unified model for adjustable space of the virtual power plant is proposed.Firstly,the output models of semi-controllable resources and fully controllable resources are established according to different characteristics of internal resources in the virtual power plant.Furthermore,an adjustable space model for virtual power plants is proposed,which can evaluate the peak-shaving capacity of virtual power plants with different resource aggregations.Finally,in order to verify the effectiveness of the adjustable space model,the day-ahead optimal scheduling model of virtual power plants is established for the peak-shaving auxiliary service market,and the column-and-constraint generation algorithm is used in the dynamic robust optimization to solve it.The example results show that the proposed adjustable space of the virtual power plant can adapt to the changes brought by different aggregation methods of the virtual power plant,and the operation strategy can reasonably balance the operation safety and economy of the virtual power plant for participating in the peak-shaving auxiliary service.
