层流辊道电机IP56防护等级结构设计

摘要 辊道电机是轧钢线用于传送钢坯的专用电机,由于层流输送段钢带需进行强喷水冷却,导致现场环境高温高湿,电机运行工况极其恶劣,因此对电机自身防护等级有比较高的要求。通过对现有层流辊道电机防护结构进行分析,设计了一种高防水密封结构的层流辊电机,能适应于层流辊道的特殊环境,很好的满足了电机安全运行的需求。 The roller table motor is a special motor used to convey the billet steel on the rolling line.Since the steel belt in the laminar flow conveying section needs to be cooled by strong water spray,the motor will operate at a high-temperature and high humidity environment.The extremely bad environment requires the protection degree of the motor is relatively high.Through analyzing the protection structure of the existing laminar flow roller motor,a laminar flow roller motor with a sealing structure of high waterproof is designed,which can adapt to the special environment of the laminar flow roller table and well meet the needs of safe operation of the motor.
