摘要
为了研究和分析水下永磁无刷直流电机的温度场情况,以5kW水下电机为例,建立集总热网格温度场分析模型,采用motor-cad软件分析不同环境温度和不同负载情况下的电机温度场情况,结果表明环境温度对电机温升影响显著,随着负载增加,铜耗占比逐渐增加,铁耗和永磁体损耗占比在减小。
In order to study and analyze the temperature field of underwater permanentmagnet brushless dc motor,this paper takes a 5 kW underwater motor as an example to establish an analysis model of the lumped thermal network temperature field.The temperature field situations of the motor at different ambient temperatures and different loads are analyzed by motorcad software,which results show that the environmental temperature has a significant impact on motor temperature rise.With the increase of the load,the proportion of copper loss increases gradually and the proportion of iron loss and permanent magnets loss decreases gradually.
